Brief list of Return and Refund Policy
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged or defective. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. We won’t accept returns if you don’t meet these requirements.
You can reach us at support@patu.pk to begin a return. We will provide you with information and directions on where and how to send your package if your return request is approved. The customer will be in charge of returning the package to us. We will not accept returned items if you do not first request a return.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Products that are damaged by the consumer cannot be returned unless the customer can provide proof of damage. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for things that are on sale, such as summer, winter, or fall Eid, or for items that are on clearance, discounted articles, or orders that have a discount code applied.
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If accepted, 30% of the actual amount will be deducted, and the remaining sum will be sent to the customer’s preferred payment method. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Orders are normally processed 1 day following confirmation of payment. Please be aware that processing timeframes may vary on weekends and holidays. We work hard to prepare your order for shipping as soon as possible.
For every order, we provide standard shipping. Our selected carriers guarantee safe and quick delivery right to your door. You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details to follow the progress of your package as soon as your order ships.
For Pakistan’s Punjab cities, it could take 3 to 5 working days or longer. For all other cities in provinces other than Punjab, it could take 5 to 7 working days or longer. It can take longer than the allotted time to deliver the package if there are roadblocks or public holidays.
You will receive a message with a tracking number as soon as your product is sent. You can get real-time order tracking and delivery status updates with this number.
Kindly make sure your shipping address is correct and comprehensive. Orders delivered to addresses that are not correct are not our responsibility. Please get in touch with us right away if you need to modify your mailing address.
Soon after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming it. Please check your spam folder or get in touch with our customer service team if you haven’t received this email.
